Having Audio / Video Issues

Resolve choppy audio or video by checking bandwidth and rejoining the session.

I am having video/audio issues (e.g. stuck frames, dropped audio, poor quality)

This is very symptomatic of a network bandwidth issue.

  • Check your internet speed to see if it is below 5 Mbps.
  • Check to see if there are other devices on your network that may be consuming bandwidth (e.g. streaming videos).

If this is not a bandwidth issue:

  • Try reloading the page.
  • Try to leave the meeting and join back.
